The power of prayer,
Thank you all for keeping my father and our family in your thoughts and prayers. Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM my father entered OR #6 at Roger Williams Medical Center to undergo the “Whipple” operation to remove a tumor from his pancreas. At 3:45 he was rolled into recovery after a successful operation. Normal procedure for this operation is to stay in intensive care for a couple days. At 6:00PM we were able to finally see him in ICU, we were all taken back by how well he looked, eyes open & talking, and minus a breathing tube/machine  we were told he would be on for a couple days post opp.
I realized at that time how important faith is, so many people have come forth with genuine thoughts & prayers.
I thank you all on behalf of my family and I, God still has more work planned for my father and we are truly blessed.

“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.”
Thank You,
BB

Brian please wish your father well. He's a great man and we need his knowledge and wisdom in the association. I've learned a lot from him over the years!!!
